50例高龄患者行全髋置换术的麻醉体会

目的总结连续硬膜外麻醉对高龄患者行全髋置换术的麻醉体会。方法对50例接受连续硬膜外麻醉(CEA)的患者进行回顾性研究,观察生命体征、骨水泥反应及麻醉效果等指标。结果 50例麻醉均成功,术中生命体征平稳,未出现骨水泥反应。结论连续硬膜外麻醉能满足手术要求,高龄病人行全髋置换术做到术前优化治疗,麻醉方法适当,麻醉用药个体化,加强术中呼吸循环管理,术后良好镇痛,能够帮助病人安全度过围术期。

Anesthesia Experience on 50 Old Patients with Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To summarize the anesthesia experience on old patients with total hip arthroplasty. Methods 50 patients with continuous epidural anesthesia （CEA） were analyzed retrospectively to observe the index such as vital-sign, bone cement reaction andanesthesia effect. Results successfully. Intraoperative 50 anesthesias vital indexes were were performed steady. No bone cement implantation reaction was found. Conclusions Continuous epidural anesthesia （CEA） can satisfy surgical requirements,preoperative optimization of treatment, individualized anesthetic, respiration-circulation management and good analgesia postoperative can help the patients safely through the perioperation.
