应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折57例

目的探讨应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾分析我院2009年11月至2011年7月采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉Ⅱ型治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折共57例,其中男38例,女19例,年龄在65~89岁,平均年龄80.5岁。结果本组患者57例均骨折愈合,早期两例患者出现髋内翻畸形外,余患者功能恢复良好,对髋关节功能进行Harris评分:优:44例,良:11例,优良率96.5%。结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉Ⅱ型治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折具有操作简单,创伤小,骨折愈合好,功能恢复好的优点,是治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折较好方法,值得推广。

Proximal Femoral Anti-Rotation Nail in Treatment of 57 Seniles with Femoral Intertrochanteric Comminuted Fractures

Objective To explore the clinical effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation nails in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric comminuted fractures. Methods 57 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric eomminuted fractures in our hospital from November 2009 to July 2011 treated with type Ⅱ proximal femoral nail anti-rotation were analyzed retrospectiely, including 38 cases of male, and 19 cases of female （65 to 89 years old, average 80.5 years old）. Results All the 57 cases had fracture healing. Except 2 eases of early coxa vara, the others had good fimctional recovery. The excellent and good rate was 96.5% according to the Harris score for hip joint fimction, with 44 excellent cases, l 1 good cases. Conclusions Proximal femoral anti-rotation nail has simple operation, small trauma, good fracture healing, and good functional recovery in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric eomminuted fracture, which is a good clinical choice and worthy of application and promotion.
