以新媒体为中介的延续性护理对老年糖尿病患者疾病控制及用药情况的影响

目的探讨以新媒体为中介的延续性护理对老年糖尿病患者疾病控制、用药情况的影响。方法随机抽选于2018年7月至2019年7月深圳市龙华区人民医院院内收治的老年糖尿病患者110例,依照护理模式的不同分为研究组和对照组,各55例。研究组应用以新媒体为中介的延续性护理,对照组应用院内常规护理模式。评价及对比两组的疾病控制情况、血糖水平、糖化指标、用药依从性,分析研究组的护理效果。结果研究组的疾病控制情况优于对照组;与对照组比较,研究组的血糖水平、糖化指标均明显下降;研究组的用药依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组对各项护理效果评价项目中,提高用药依从性、提高疾病自我管理能力的赞同率为100%。结论临床对老年糖尿病患者应用以新媒体为中介的延续性护理,可有效控制疾病,较好的实现降血糖的目标,提高用药依从性,且患者对护理效果评价较高。

Effect of continuous nursing mediated by new media on disease control and drug use of elderly diabetic patients

Objective To explore the guiding value of continuous nursing mediated by new media in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and its influence on disease control and drug use.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,110 elderly patients with diabetes were randomly selected and treated in Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen.According to different nursing modes,they were divided into research group and control group,with 55 cases each.The research group applied the continuous nursing mediated by new media,while the control group applied the conventional nursing mode in the hospital.The disease control,blood glucose level,glycation index and medication compliance of the two groups were evaluated and compared,and the nursing effect of the research group was analyzed.Results The disease control condition of the study group was better than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the blood glucose level and glycation index of the research group decreased significantly.The medication compliance of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group's approval rate for improving medication compliance and improving disease self-management ability was 100%.Conclusions The clinical application of continuous media care to elderly patients with diabetes can effectively control the disease,achieve the goal of rapid blood sugar lowering,improve medication compliance,and patients have high evaluation of nursing effect.
