观察加味六君子汤治疗迁延性肺炎的临床疗效

目的观察加味六君子汤治疗迁延性肺炎的临床疗效。方法60例迁延性肺炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医基础上采用加味六君子汤治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后中医证候积分。结果治疗前,两组患者咳嗽、咯痰、发热及肺部啰音积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者咳嗽、咯痰、发热及肺部啰音积分均低于治疗前,且观察组咳嗽积分(1.02±0.56)分、咯痰积分(1.26±0.24)分、发热积分(1.17±0.52)分及肺部啰音积分(1.01±0.26)分均低于对照组的(2.97±0.63)、(2.38±1.26)、(2.87±0.37)、(2.36±0.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者治疗显效分别为22、16例,有效分别为6、5例,无效分别为2、9例,治疗总有效率分别为93.3%、70.0%;观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味六君子汤治疗迁延性肺炎,对于患者中医证候改善作用显著,疗效可靠,值得临床借鉴。

Observation on the clinical efficacy of modified Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of persistent pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of persistent pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 persistent pneumonia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated by modified Liujunzi decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The therapeutic effect and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in cough,expectoration,fever and lung rale integral between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cough,expectoration,fever and lung rale integral in the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the cough integral(1.02±0.56)points,expectoration integral(1.26±0.24)points,fever integral(1.17±0.52)points and lung rale integral(1.01±0.26)points in the observation group was lower than(2.97±0.63),(2.38±1.26),(2.87±0.37)and(2.36±0.47)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group and control group were markedly effective in 22 and 16 cases,effective in 6 and 5 cases,ineffective in 2 and 9 cases,and total effective rates were 93.3%and 70.0%.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sign ifican t(P<0.05).Conclusion M odified Liu ju n zi decoction shows re lia b le e ffic a c y for the treatm ent of persistent pneum onia,and it can significantly improve the traditional Chinese m edicine syndrom e.It is worthy of clin ical reference.
