身痛逐瘀方中药药熨在老年气滞血瘀型颈椎病中的应用

目的探讨身痛逐瘀方中药药熨在老年气滞血瘀型颈椎病中的应用效果。方法60例老年气滞血瘀型颈椎病患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予中西医结合治疗及一般康复护理,实验组患者在对照组的基础上联合身痛逐瘀方中药药熨。比较两组患者干预前后疼痛程度、临床症状评分。结果干预前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组患者VAS评分为(0.78±0.69)分,低于对照组的(1.45±0.76)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者临床症状总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组患者临床症状总分为(26.41±1.38)分,高于对照组的(21.53±2.09)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论身痛逐瘀方中药药熨在老年气滞血瘀型颈椎病中的应用效果良好,能减轻疼痛,改善症状。

Application of traditional Chinese medicine ironing of Shentong Zhuyu recipe in senile cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type

Objective To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing of Shentong Zhuyu recipe in senile cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 senile patients with cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment and general rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine ironing of Shentong Zhuyu recipe on the basis of the control group.The pain degree and clinical symptom score before and after intervention were compared betwen the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score was(0.78±0.69)points in the experimental group,which was lower than(1.45±0.76)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in total clinical symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the total clinical symptom score was(26.41±1.38)points,which was higher than(21.53±2.09)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine ironing of Shentong Zhuyu recipe shows good effect in senile cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and it can reduce pain and improve symptoms of patients.
