中毒严重度评分对急性中毒患者病情评估及预后判断的价值研究

目的探讨中毒严重度评分对急性中毒患者病情评估的价值及其与预后的关系。方法80例急性中毒患者,均进行中毒严重度评分,比较不同中毒严重度评分患者死亡情况;观察死亡患者急性中毒种类及入院时评分情况。结果80例患者中存活66例,死亡14例。入院时,中毒严重度评分3分患者12例,死亡8例,死亡率为66.7%;中毒严重度评分2分患者43例,死亡6例,死亡率为14.0%;中毒严重度评分1分患者25例,无患者死亡,死亡率为0。中毒严重度评分3分患者死亡率高于中毒严重度评分1、2分患者,中毒严重度评分2分患者死亡率高于中毒严重度评分1分患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。14例死亡患者急性中毒的种类以农药中毒为主,其中农药中毒4例,安眠药中毒2例,一氧化碳中毒2例,老鼠药中毒2例,毒蕈中毒2例,工业稀料中毒1例,草药中毒1例。结论中毒严重度评分对急性中毒患者病情评估及预后判断具有重要的价值,值得临床推广。

Study on the value of poisoning severity score to the condition evaluation and prognosis judgement of patients with acute poisoning

Objective To discuss the value of poisoning severity score in the evaluation of patients with acute poisoning and its correlation with prognosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute poisoning were scored for the severity of poisoning.The deaths of patients with different scores of poisoning severity were compared,and the types of acute poisoning and the scores at admission were observed.Results Of the 80 patients,66 cases survived and 14 cases died.At admission,there were 12 patients with 3 points of poisoning severity score,8 cases dead,and the mortality rate was 66.7%;43 patients with 2 points of poisoning severity score,6 cases dead,and the mortality rate was 14.0%;25 patients with 1 point of poisoning severity score,no patient died,and the mortality rate was 0.The mortality rate of patients with 3 points of poisoning severity score was higher than that of patients with 1 and 2 points of poisoning severity score,and the mortality rate of patients with 2 points of poisoning severity score was higher than that of patients with 1 point of poisoning severity score.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main types of acute poisoning of 14 dead patients were pesticide poisoning,including 4 cases of pesticide poisoning,2 cases of sleeping drug poisoning,2 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning,2 cases of mouse drug poisoning,2 cases of mushroom poisoning,1 case of industrial diluent poisoning and 1 case of herbal medicine poisoning.Conclusion The score of poisoning severity is of great value to the evaluation of the condition and prognosis of the patients with acute poisoning,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
