共同参与护理模式对早产儿及其家属的应用研究

目的探讨共同参与护理模式对早产儿家属护理早产儿能力、角色适应能力的影响及其护理满意度。方法随机抽取2017年4月至2018年10月西南医科大学附属医院新生儿科住院早产儿60例,分为实验组和对照组,各30例。两组早产儿均出生后即住院治疗。实验组采取共同参与护理模式,对照组采取常规护理。观察两组早产儿家属护理早产儿能力、角色适应能力和护理满意度。结果实验组患儿家属护理早产儿能力显著高于对照组,患儿家属的角色适应能力显著优于对照组,患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论针对出生后即住院的早产儿采取共同参与护理模式可以帮助患儿家属提高早产儿护理能力,加快角色适应能力,同时提高护理满意度,对保证早产儿出院后的延续护理至关重要。

Study on the application of co-participation nursing mode to premature infants and their families

Objective To explore the influence of the co-participation nursing mode on the ability,character adaptation and nursing satisfaction of preterm infants.Methods From April 2017 to October 2018,60 premature infants were randomly selected from the department of neonatology,Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases each.The two groups of premature infants were hospitalized after birth.The experimental group adopted the co-participation nursing model,the control group adopted the routine nursing.The nursing ability,role adaptability and nursing satisfaction of the families of two groups of premature infants were observed.Results The nursing ability of the families of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the role adaptability of the families of the children was significantly better than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the families of the children was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions To adopt the co-participation nursing mode for the premature infants hospitalized after birth can help their families improve the nursing ability of premature infants,accelerate the role adaptation ability,and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is crucial to ensure the continuous nursing of premature infants after discharge.
