| 摘 要： | 自基因芯片出现以来,这种同时具有信息量大、操作简单、速度快捷等优点的技术就迅速引起人们的注意。随着分子生物学的迅猛发展和人们对越来越多物种的基因组进行研究,得以大量应用的基因芯片技术也在不断完善、成熟,并广泛运用于生命科学的各个领域。本文重点介绍基因芯片技术的进展、应用现状及发展前景。
