普通克氏针与髌骨针张力带治疗Schatzker A-C型尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效比较

尺骨鹰嘴骨折约占上肢骨折的10%左右［1］，此骨折除少数尖端撕脱骨折外，多波及关节面，因此，为获得解剖复位，减少创伤性关节炎发生率，选择牢固、确切的固定方法恢复其关节面的正常解剖对位，是早期功能锻炼获得良好关节功能的重要条件［2］。本研究对本院采用普通克氏针张力带或髌骨针张力带治疗并获得完整随访的尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者进行回顾性分析。

Comparative analysis of treatment of Schatzker A-C ulna olceranon fracture between with K-wire tension band and patella tension band wire

Objective To Comparative analyze the effect of using K-wire tension band and patella tension band wire internal fixation in the treament of Schatzker A-C ulna olceranon fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis from April 2007 to September 2013 were treated and followed up 47 cases olecranon fracture patient data, 26 males and 21 females; aged 16 to 56 years, mean 41 years. Fractures by Schatzker type: A type 17 cases, B type 18 cases, C type 12 cases. 19 patients were treated with tension band fixation (Kirschner group), 28 patients were treated with tension band needle patella (patella acupuncture group). Two groups were compared operative time, postoperative complications and overall healing time and use Broberg-Money Review and Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score assessment elbow surgery. General information was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before surgery(P>0.05,Table 1). Results. 47 patients were followed up for 12 to 34 months (mean 22.5 months) follow-up. Fractures were healed. Both groups were longer operative time, patella fracture bone needle tension band healing time shorter than the Kirschner wire group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).And after the two groups in total complication rate, elbow Broberg-Morrey score, HSS score excellent good rate and the rate difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions K-wire tension band and patella tension band wire for the treatment of olecranon fracture were safe and effective method, but more common Kirschner wire tension band has a fixed needle patella more reliable, pintail soft tissue irritation small advantage.
