急性冠脉综合征介入治疗后肌钙蛋白I与心室重构和心功能的相关性研究

目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者介入治疗后与心室重构和心功能的相关性研究。方法47例ACS患者,依据术前cTnI的检测结果分为正常组25例和异常组22例,以手术前后LAD、LVD、IVS、LVPW、LVEF、E/A比值、cTnI作为观察指标,对上述指标进行统计学分析。结果与术前cTnI正常组相比,cTnI升高组的LAD、LVD显著增高(P<0.05),而IVS、LVPW、LVEF、E/A比值显著性降低(P<0.05);手术后cTnI含量与Lad、LVD呈独立正相关,与IVS、LVPW呈独立负相关。结论cTnI浓度与ACS患者术后心肌重构及心功能改变有显著的相关性,可能是独立危险因素。

Correlation between serum cardiac troponin I and myocardial remodeling and cardiac function in patients with acute coronary syndromes after PCI

Objective To investigate the Correlation between serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and cardiac function/structure in patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS) after PCI.Methods Fourty seven patients with ACS were included in this study.The patients were divided into cTnI normal group(n=25) and cTnI abnormal group(n=22).Lad,LVD,IVS,LVPW,LVEF,E/A and cTnI were determined before and after operation.Bivariate correlation analysis applied to show the correlation of serum cTnI level with above indices.Partial correlation analysis was performed followed by multivariate logistic regression.Results Compared with cTnI in normal group before operation,Ld and LVd dimensions were significantly higher(P<0.05),IVS,LVWP,LVEF,E/A ratio were significantly lower(P<0.05) in abnormal group.The correlation was persistent after adjustment with other intervention factor.Conclusion The rise of serum cTnI is closely related with the occurrence of cardiac structure and function.And it is independent danger factor probably in cardiac remodeling and function of patients with ACS after operation.
