摘    要:目的 探讨应用质量控制理论,改进健康教育模式,提高胸外科住院患者健康教育的效果,提升患者信任度和满意度.方法 将304例患者按时间顺序分为对照组(n=146)和研究组(n=158),对照组采用常规方法进行健康教育,研究组应用因果分析法分析影响健康教育效果的主要因素,实施质量控制、改进健康教育模式.采用外科健康教育调查问卷表随机调查实施质量控制、改进健康教育模式前后,住院患者对健康教育的知晓情况.结果 住院患者的健康教育知识的知晓率由91.97%上升至98.52%(P<0.05).结论 实施质量控制、改进健康教育模式对胸外科住院患者进行健康教育能取得满意的效果.

Abstract:Objective To explore the applying of quality control theory and improved health education model in promoting the effect of health education in thoracic department and confidence degree of patients. Methods A total of 360 cases were divided into control group ( n = 146) and experimental group ( n = 158) according to the time sequence. The former were received routine health model and the latter received the following health model: we analyzed the major interrupting factors of health education, conducted quality control and improved the health model. All the patients were investigated with surgery health education questionnaires. The understanding of inpatients to health education were assessed before and after improved health education model. Results The understanding ratio of inpatients to health education rose from 91.97% to 98.52 % (P < 0. 05). Conclusions Qulity control and improved health education model could have sufficient effects on thoracic inpatients to understand the health education.
