| 摘 要： | 背景与目的： 观察胸部肿瘤患者术后快速型心律失常发生的状况，探讨其临床意义。 材料与方法： 记录930例在我院成功实施外科手术的胸部肿瘤患者术前、术后心电图，分析各组快速型心律失常发生率、发生类型、年龄分布特点及临床意义。 结果： 快速型室上性心律失常发生率(15.16 ％)高于快速型室性心律失常 (1.40 ％)，尤见于食管贲门癌组术后患者；>60岁的老年人心律失常发生率高(14.52 ％)。结论： 胸部肿瘤患者术后应高度重视预防和处理快速型心律失常。

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND&AIM: To study the character of tachyarrhythmias for the patients with chest cancer after operations. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The ECG examinations of930cases before and after chest operations were recorded and analyzed. RESULTS: The superventricular tachyarrhythmias(15.16%)is higher than ventricular tachyarrhythmias(1.4%)especially for patients with esophagus-cardiac cancer.The occurrence ratio of tachyarrhythmias of aged people(>60years old)was higher than others. CONCLUSION: It is important to prevent and deal with superventricular tachyarrhythmias of the patients with chest caner after operations. |
