| 摘 要： | 血管生成抑制物是目前肿瘤研究中的热点。其中内源性肿瘤血管生成抑制物是人体内源性蛋白的一部分，在控制肿瘤的生长和转移过程中发挥重要作用，其生理毒性小、不会产生耐药性，有着较好的抗癌前景。作者就内源性肿瘤血管生成抑制物的产生、结构、作用机制和临床应用等方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | The treatment of tumor is now focusing on the angiogenesis inhibitors. Angiogenesis inhibitors of endogenous tumor are part of human endoprotein having low grade toxicity,without drug resistance. Angiongenesis inhibitors can prevent tumor progression. This review presents the origin,structure,mechanism,and clinical application with this new antitumor drugs. |
