| 摘 要： | 目的探讨留置及拔除Foley导尿管失败的原因及处理措施。方法2011年9月至2012年12月，回顾性分析63例住院患者因不同原因护士首次留置Foley导尿管失败及3例患者首次拔除导尿管失败的原因，根据具体情况采取处理措施，记录操作的并发症。结果所有病例经详细询问病史、体格检查后采取相应处理措施后再次重新留置或拔除导尿管成功，无一例患者因留置或拔除导尿管产生严重并发症。结论留置或拔除Foley导尿管前，需详细了解患者病史、体格检查及采取必要的措施，可以提高临床医务人员留置及拔除导尿管的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the different reasons and methods for difficult urethral catheterization and catheter removal. Methods Between September 2011 and December 2012, causes and management of 63 cases of Foley catheterization failures and 3 cases of catheter removal failures were retrospectively analyzed by recording different treatment and complications. Results According to different reasions, all cases succeeded in catheterization and catheter removals after appropriate treatment. No severe complications occurred. Conclusions Before catheterization and catheter removal, detailed understanding of the patient＇s medical history, physical examination and necessary measures were necessary, that can improve the success rate. |
