摘    要:目的:探讨16层MSCT后处理技术在髋关节创伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析37例符合本研究要求的髋关节创伤病例,观察16层MSCT后处理技术在髋关节创伤中的显示效果,再与DR平片对比分析。结果:DR平片确诊、疑诊骨折28处(74%),漏诊10处。16层MSCT平扫+后处理图像明确诊断骨折38处(100%),并对复杂性骨折及脱位情况了解得更清楚、全面。结论:16层MSCT先进的扫描技术和强大的图像后处理功能弥补了DR的不足,可清晰显示髋关节及其周围组织的解剖结构和细节,并能提高髋关节创伤诊断的可靠性和准确性,对临床提供更加全面的信息,为临床治疗和手术方案的制订提供了直观可行的指导。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the applied value of 16-MSCT in diagnosis of hip joint trauma. Methods: 37 cases of hip joint trauma accorded with the demands were retrospectively analyzed. To study the post processing images of 16-MSCT in displaying the hip joint structure and fracture, the last results gained by 16-MSCT were compared with the examination of X-ray DR. Results:28 eases of fracture were defined and suspicious by X-ray DR(74% ), 10 cases were missed. 38 eases were defined by 16-MSCT scanning and post processing(100%), thereby indicating it had substantial advantages in diognosing complex fractures or dislocations. Conclusion: 16- MSCT and its post processing functions show substandial advantages compared with X-ray DR, It can clearly display the anatomical of structure hip joint and its around tissues, raise the reliance and precision in the dignosis of hip joint trauma, and provide valuable informarion for clinical intervention.
