| 摘 要： | 目的:探索骨质疏松症的病理机制,比较补肾与健脾中药干预骨质疏松症的作用。方法:摘除大鼠卵巢建立骨质疏松症模型,给予补肾、健脾中药灌胃3个月,Western blotting法检测指标。结果:与正常组比较,骨质疏松症模型空白组骨密度明显下降(P0.01),下丘脑中PKCα与PKCβ2蛋白表达显著增加(P0.01)。与模型空白组比较,补肾中药高剂量组骨密度显著增加(P0.01);补肾、健脾中药均可下调模型大鼠下丘脑中PKCα与PKCβ2蛋白表达(P0.01)。结论:补肾中药防治骨质疏松症的作用优于健脾中药;骨质疏松的发生可能与脑PKC的变化有关,补肾中药对其有调节作用优于健脾中药。
