Nursing of long distance transferring security of patients with conscious disturbance

Through summarizing nursing experience of long distance transferring security of 96 patients with conscious disturbance,the authors argued that active and reasonable nursing measures were significant to long distance transferring security of patients with conscious disturbance.Careful and detailed preparation before transferring was the base for security,understanding disease situation of patients and making patients' families have psychological preparation were precondition,and observing the change of disease and keeping patients' air way and other ways clear were necessary nursing measures.
