探讨人工鼻吸氧在人工气道患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨人工鼻吸氧在人工气道患者中的应用效果.方法 将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组:应用人工鼻导管接人工气道吸氧;对照组:在气管插管或气管切开套管口接导管吸氧,管口覆盖无菌湿纱块,定时或持续滴湿化液,观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组在保温湿化过滤作用及预防感染等方面明显优于对照组.结论 应用人工鼻吸氧对人工气道患者吸入气体有保温湿化过滤作用,增加患者舒适感、改善痰的性状和颜色,有效减少痰痂形成,降低患者感染率.

Objective Artificial nose of oxygen in the artificial airway in the application of results.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 30 cases,the Observer Group:artificial nasal catheter artificial airway oxygen to the control group:the intubation or tracheotomy tube casing mouth to oxygen,the I covered sterile wet yarn pieces, regular or sustained wet drops of liquid,were observed in patients with the treatment.Results Observer Group in the filter of wet insulation and the role of the prevention of infection and so on is better than the control group.Conclusion Artificial nose to the artificial airway oxygen inhalation in patients with wet insulation of a gas filter, with increased comfort,improved smear the character and color,effectively reduce phlegm callus formation, with lower infection rates.
