摘    要:一个好的抗凝血生物材料不仅要有好的表面化学性能和机械性能,而且更重要的是要有好的生物相容性(包括组织相容性和血液相容性)。为了了解抗凝血生物材料的以上性能就需要对其进行表征。本文对抗凝血生物材料的表征从3个方面展开论述,即抗凝血生物材料的表面化学组成和结构的表征,机械性能的表征,生物相容性的表征。

Abstract:Good anticoagulant biomaterials need good surface chemical properties, good mechanics performances and particularly good characteristics o f biocompatibility,including tissue compatibility and hemocompatibility. In orde r to understand with greater clearness the anticoagulant biomaterial, we have to characterize them by different methods. In this paper, the approaches to assess ing and displaying the charaoteristics of anticoagulant biomaterial are reviewe d in three aspects, namely the surface chemical properties and structure, the me chanics performances the and the biocompatibility of anticoagulant biomaterial.
