| 摘 要： | 采用离体细胞培养技术,从细胞和分子水平证实大剂量前列腺素 E_2 (56.74mol/L,20μg/ml)有抗动脉粥样硬化形成作用:抑制高脂血症性兔主动脉平滑肌细胞的增生及过氧化脂质形成,并在电镜下观察到相应变化。同时显示与抗氧化剂硒联用具明显协同作用。

| Abstract: | In this study,the effect of large dose of PGE_2 combined with selenium on thecultured smooth muscle cells(SMCs)treated with hypercholesterolemic rabbit aortawas observed by morphological biochemical and radionuclide techniques.The resultsshowed large dose of PGE_2 had a protective function on the SMCs from hypercholes- terol injury by decreasing lipid accumulation in the cytoplasm.When compared withthe control group large dose of PGE_2 inhibited ~3H-TDR incorporation and DNA syn-thesis of SMCs and decreased the production of lipid peroxide.The inhibitory effectof PGE_2 combined with selenium was more obvious.It was conjectured that large doseof PGE_2 did inhibit the hypercholesterolemic SMCs proliferation and lipid peroxida-tion showing antiatherosclerotic effects.The above results were consistent with previousstudies in vivo in our laboratory. |
