| 摘 要： | 目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的疗效。方法:选择反流性食管炎患者120例,随机分为两组,治疗组予半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组予奥美拉唑加莫沙比利治疗,两组均治疗8周,停药3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为81.7%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Plus-minus in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:120 cases with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by Banxia Xiexin Decoction Plus-minus,and the control group was treated by Omeprazole with Mosapride.The two groups were treated with a course of 8 weeks,and observed the result after stopping the treatment for 3 months.Results:The total effect rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.0% vs 81.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Plus-minus in treating reflux esophagitis is prominent. |
