Runx3和Survivin在胃癌中的表达及其相关性

目的：探讨Runx3、survivin蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法：应用免疫组化SABC方法,检测Runx3、survivin蛋白在8例正常胃粘膜、15例异型增生、47例胃癌组织中的表达。结果：Runx3、survivin在正常胃黏膜、异型增生及胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别87.5%、53.3%、36.2%和0%、33.3%、70.2%。Runx3的表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度有关（P〈0.05）;survivin的表达与胃癌组织学分类、淋巴结转移相关（P〈0.05）,（2）Runx3与sur-vivin在正常胃粘膜（P〈0.010,r=-0.6255）和胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关（P〈0.05,r=-0.3271）。结论：Runx3、survivin表达在胃癌的发生、发展中起着不同程度的作用,联合检测Runx3和survivin蛋白的表达更能反映胃癌的生物学行为,优于单项检测。

EXPRESSION OF RUNX3 AND SURVIVIN AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA

Objective：To investigate the expression of Runx3、survivin protein in gastric carcinoma,and the relationship between them and the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.Methods：The expression of Runx3、survivin was determined by immunohistochemistry SABC method in 8 cases with normal gastric mucosa tissue、15 atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa、47 cases with gastric cancer.Results：（1） The positive expression rates of Runx3 and survivin were 87.5%、53.3%、36.2% and 0%、33.3%、70.2%in normal gastric mucosa,atypical hyperplasia and gastric carcinoma respectively.The expression of Runx3 was positively correlated with the histological classify,depth of tumor infiltration,lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,The expression of survivin was positively correlated with the histological classify and lymph node metastasis（P 0.05）.（2） There was a negative correlation between the expression of Runx3 and survivin in normal gastric mucosa（P 0.010,r=-0.6255）and gastric carcinoma tissue（P〈0.05,r=-0.3271）.Conclusion： Runx3 and Survivin may play certain roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma,and combined detection for r Runx3 and survivin expression could reflect the malignant biological behaviour of gastric carcinoma.
