白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床分析

目的：探讨白三烯受体拈抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将我院诊治的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘246例随机分为顺尔宁组126例、糖皮质激素组120例，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：糖皮质激素组总有效率为94．16％，顺尔宁组总有效率为94．44％，两组比较，无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。两组6个月复发率及12个月复发率比较，均无显著性差异（均P〉0．05）。结论：应用自三烯受体拮抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘能够达到吸人糖皮质激素的临床效果，疗效确切，应用方便，依从性好，无明显毒副作用，可以作为治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的一线用药。

Clinical analysis of leukotriene receptor antagonist in the treatment of cough variant asthma

Objective： To explore the leukotriene receptor antagonist in the treatment of cough variant asthma therapy. Methods： 246 children with cough variant asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into 126 cases of antagonists group and 120 cases of glucocorticoid group, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Results： The total effective rate of glucocorticoid group was 94.16%, the total effective rate of antagonists group was 94.44%, there was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. The relapse rate for 6 months and 12 months of two groups were compared, there was no significant difference （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Leukotriene receptor antagonist in the treatment of cough variant asthma as a treatment of cough variant asthma to achieve clinical effect, with obvious curative effect, convenient application, better compliance and no serious side effect, it can be used as first-line treatment of cough variant asthma medication.
