普通螺旋电极成功置入希氏束起搏1例分析并文献复习

希氏束起搏是真正意义上的能满足心脏生理性起搏的一种方法 ,降低起搏相关远期并发症,我科用心房螺旋电极内导丝经过手法特殊塑性后,结合三维标测系统指导,经过多次尝试后将心房螺旋电极送至希氏束区域起搏,起搏阈值及起搏图形均符合希氏束起搏,心室同步性改善明显,且随访半年时间,患者起搏图形及阈值稳定,患者心功能改善,生活质量提高。

Analysis of one case of ordinary spiral electrode successfully placed in His bundle pacing and literature review

His bundle pacing is a true method to meet the physiological pacing of the heart,which reduces the longterm complication associated with pacing.Our department uses the atrial spiral electrode guidewire through the special plasticity of the technique to send the atrial spiral electrode to the His bundle region pacing,combined with three-dimensional guided by the mapping system,after several attempts.The pacing threshold and pacing pattern are consistent with His bundle pacing,and the ventricular synchronization improvement is obvious.And the patients are followed for half a year.The patient''s pacing pattern and threshold is stable,heart function is improved,and the quality of life is improved.
