舒血宁注射液联合糖皮质激素对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床疗效

目的研究舒血宁注射液联合糖皮质激素对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床疗效。方法 160例患者随机分为对照组(76例)和观察组(84例),对照组给予糖皮质激素,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒血宁注射液,3个月为1个疗程。然后,检测临床疗效、生化指标(血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白),红细胞补体受体1型分子(CR1)数量表达、黏附活性、基因多态性,血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、不良反应发生率变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组总有效率显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生化指标,TC、TG、LDL-C水平,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),CR1数量表达、黏附活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组CR1基因多态性、HDL-C水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合糖皮质激素可改善慢性肾小球肾炎患者CR1数量表达、黏附活性,安全性较高,临床疗效良好。

Clinical effects of Shuxuening Injection combined with glucocorticoid on chronic glomerulonephritis patients

AIM To study the clinical effects of Shuxuening Injection combined with glucocorticoid on chronic glomerulonephritis patients.METHODS One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into control group(76 cases)for 3-month administration of glucocorticoid,and observation group(84 cases)for 3-month administration of Shuxuening Injection and glucocorticoid.Subsequently,the changes in clinical efficacy,biochemical indices(serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine protein),erythrocyte complement receptor type 1(CR1)quantitative expression,adhesion activity and gene polymorphisms,blood lipid indices(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),and occurrance rate of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly increased as compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group demonstrated markedly lower biochemical indices,TC,TG,LDL-C levels and occurrance rate of adverse reactions than the control group(P<0.05),with obviously higher CR1 quantitative expression and adhesion activity(P<0.05),and no significant differences in CR1 gene polymorphisms and HDL-C level were found in the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the chronic glomerulonephritis patients,Shuxuening Injection combined with glucocorticoid can improve CR1 quantitative expression and adhesion activity,with high safety and good clinical efficacy.
