| 摘 要： | 详细阐述基层医疗卫生机构补偿机制改革绩效考核信息系统业务需求、技术架构、主要功能以及基于该系统的基层医疗卫生机构内部、外部考核流程,以嵊州市为例介绍该系统应用成效,指出该系统有助于提高基层卫生考核工作透明度和考核结果公信力。

| Abstract: | The paper elaborates on the business requirements, technical structure, main functions of the performance assessment information system for compensation mechanism reform in community medical institutions as well as the internal and external assessment flows of community medical institutions based on the system. Taking Shengzhou City as an example, it introduces the application effect of the system, points out that the system is conductive to improving the transparency of assessment in community medical institutions and the credibility of assessment results. |
