足三里穴位注射喘可治注射液联合常规治疗对肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效

目的考察足三里穴位注射喘可治注射液联合常规治疗对肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效。方法 160例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用足三里穴位注射喘可治注射液,4周为1个疗程。然后,检测总有效率、中医证候评分、典型症状评分、COPD评估测试(CAT)评分、6 min步行距离(6MWD)、血气指标氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)]、肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、FEV1%)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+)变化。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、典型症状评分、CAT评分显著降低(P<0.05),6MWD、PaO_2显著升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05);观察组PaCO_2、肺功能指标、免疫球蛋白、CD3^+、CD4^+也显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论足三里穴位注射喘可治注射液联合常规治疗可改善肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者免疫功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effects of Zusanli acupoint injection of Chuankezhi Injection combined with routine treatment on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients due to Lung and Kidney Qi Deficiency

AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Zusanli acupoint injection of Chuankezhi Injection combined with routine treatment on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients due to Lung and Kidney Qi Deficiency.METHODS One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group,the control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was added with Zusanli acupoint injection of Chuankezhi Injection on the basis of the control group,4 weeks as a course of treatment.Subsequently,the changes in total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,typical symptom score,COPD assessment test(CAT)score,6 min walk distance(6MWD),blood gas indicespartial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)],pulmonary function indices(FVC,FEV1,FEV1%),immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+)were detected.RESULTS The observation group shared significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups demonstrated markedly decreased TCM syndrome score,typical symptom score and CAT score(P<0.05),and obviously increased 6MWD and PaO2(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).Significantly improved PaCO2,pulmonary function indices,immunoglobulins,CD3^+ and CD4^+ were also found in the observation group(P<0.05,P<0.01).CONCLUSION For the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,Zusanli acupoint injection of Chuankezhi Injection combined with routine treatment can improve immune functions,having a high clinical application value.
