基于循证理念的整体护理对ICU谵妄的影响

目的分析ICU谵妄患者应用以循证理念为基础的整体护理对其护理效果、住院相关指标及生活质量的影响。方法将2016年10月～2017年10月期间我院收治的78例ICU谵妄患者按照患者入院时间顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用以循证理念为基础的整体护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果、住院相关指标以及生活质量。结果观察组护理总有效率为97.44%明显高于对照组的79.49%(P0.05);观察组监护时间、呼吸机使用时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组(P0.05);护理前两组各项生活质量评分无明显差异,护理后两组各项生活质量评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 ICU谵妄患者应用以循证理念为基础的整体护理,能有效缩短病程,减少监护时间、呼吸机使用时间以及住院时间,提高患者护理效果和生活质量。

The effect of holistic nursing based on evidence-based concept on delirium in ICU

Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing based on evidence-based concept on the nursing effect,hospitalization related indicators and quality of life in patients with delirium in ICU.Methods 78 patients with delirium in ICU who were admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the patient admission time,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group adopted holistic nursing intervention on the basis of evidence-based concept.The nursing effect,hospitalization related indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective nursing rate of observation group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.49%),(P<0.05).The monitoring time,ventilator use time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing.The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher after the nursing,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionHolistic nursing on the basis of evidence-based concept in patients with delirium in ICU can effectively shorten the course of disease,reduce monitoring time,ventilator use time and hospital stay,improve patient care effect and quality of life.
