认知疗法对首次发作精神分裂症自知力恢复程度的研究

目的研究认知疗法对首次发作精神分裂症患者自知力恢复的影响。方法选取2016年7月～2018年6月期间于我院治疗的176例首次发作精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各88例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予患者认知疗法治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、自知力及治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、贝克认知自知力量表(BCIS)以及应对方式问卷(CSQ)得分。结果治疗后观察组治疗有效率、ITAQ、BCIS评分显著高于对照组(P0.05);观察组在CSQ问卷中对于积极因子的评分显著高于对照组,消极因子的评分显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论认知疗法对首次发作精神分裂症患者有较好的治疗效果,能显著改善患者行为方式,促进自知力恢复。

Study on the effect of cognitive therapy on the degree of self-consciousness recovery for first-episode schizophrenia

Objective To study the effect of cognitive therapy on the recovery of self-consciousness in the patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 176 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 88 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional medication,and the observation group was given cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,self-consciousness and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),Beck cognitive self-consciousness scale(BCIS),and coping style questionnaire(CSQ)scores were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment,ITAQ and BCIS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of positive factors in the CSQ questionnaire were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The scores of negative factors were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive therapy has a better therapeutic effect on the patients with first-episode schizophrenia,which can significantly improve the behavior of patients and promote the recovery of self-consciousness.
