| 摘 要： | 目的分析沙眼衣原体在育龄女性生殖道的感染情况。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2018年12月云浮市妇幼保健计划生育中心收治的12 050例育龄女性患者相关资料,对育龄女性取宫颈分泌物送检,进行沙眼衣原体抗原检测。结果共检测标本12 050例,其中阳性人数692例,阳性率为5.74%。14~20岁感染沙眼衣原体的阳性率最高,为14.61%,与其他年龄段相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随年龄的增长,阳性率有下降趋势;各年份育龄女性生殖道沙眼衣原体的感染情况较稳定。结论沙眼衣原体在育龄女性生殖道的感染情况总体较稳定,感染率较低。随年龄的增长,阳性率有下降趋势。
