石英纤维桩、玻璃纤维桩及金属桩粘结性能比较及在前牙修复中的应用效果观察

摘    要:目的比较石英纤维桩、玻璃纤维桩及金属桩三种临床前牙修复常用材料的粘结性能,观察三种材料在前牙修复中的效果。方法选取21颗离体下颌前磨牙,分为金属桩组、石英纤维桩组及玻璃纤维桩组,使用万能力学测试机对三组进行粘结强度测试,观察并比较三种材料的粘结性能;收集在我院进行前牙牙体缺损修复的患者135例,共182颗患牙,在完善的根管治疗基础上,71颗患牙采用石英纤维桩技术修复前牙,73颗患牙采用玻璃纤维桩技术修复前牙,38颗患牙采用金属桩技术修复前牙,随访2年,观察并比较三组临床治疗效果。结果三组离体牙粘结强度具有显著差异(P0.05),LSD两两比较结果显示,石英纤维桩与玻璃纤维桩比,LSD-t=1.777(P0.05),石英纤维桩与金属桩比,LSD-t=17.514(P0.05),玻璃纤维桩与金属桩比,LSD-t=15.738(P0.05);术后2年,石英纤维桩及玻璃纤维桩修复体完整率、颜色匹配率、修复成功率均显著高于金属桩(P0.05);石英纤维桩及玻璃纤维桩组并发症发生率显著低于金属桩组(P0.05),表明纤维桩的前牙缺损修复效果显著优于金属桩。结论石英纤维桩、玻璃纤维桩粘结性能优于金属桩,临床疗效强于金属桩;石英纤维桩与玻璃纤维桩粘结性能及临床疗效没有显著性差异,均是临床上前牙修复的较好选择。

Comparison of bonding properties of quartz fiber pile,glass fiber pile and metal pile and their application in anterior teeth restoration
Abstract:Objective To compare the bonding properties of three kinds of common materials used in anterior teeth restoration,such as quartz fiber piles,glass fiber piles and metal piles,and to observe the effect of the three materials in anterior teeth restoration.Methods A total of 21 isolated mandibular premolars were selected and divided into metal pile group,quartz fiber pile group and glass fiber pile group.The bonding strength test was carried out on the three groups using the universal force test machine.The bonding properties of the three materials were observed and compared.182 sick teeth of 135 patients undergoing anterior teeth defect restoration in our hospital were selected.On the basis of perfect root canal treatment,71 sick teeth were treated with quartz fiber pile technology to repair the anterior teeth,and 73 sick teeth were treated with glass fiber pile technology,and 38 sick teeth were repaired with metal pile technology.After 2 years of follow-up,the clinical effects of the three groups were observed and compared.Results There were significant differences in the bonding strength among the three groups(P<0.05).The results of LSD pairwise comparison showed that the LSD-t of quartz fiber pile to glass fiber pile was 1.777(P>0.05),LSD-t of quartz fiber pile to metal pile was 17.514(P<0.05),and the LSD-t of glass fiber pile to metal pile was 15.738(P<0.05).At 2 years after operation,the restoration integrity rate,the color matching rate and repair success rate of quartz fiber pile and fiberglass pile were significantly higher than those of metal pile(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in quartz fiber pile and glass fiber pile was significantly lower than that of metal pile(P<0.05),indicating the repair effect of fiber pile on the anterior teeth defects was significantly better than that of the metal pile.Conclusion The bonding roperties of quartz fiber pile and glass fiber pile are better than those of metal pile,and their clinical effect is stronger than that of metal pile.There is no significant difference in the bonding performance and clinical efficacy between quartz fiber pile and glass fiber pile,both of which are good choices for anterior teeth restoration clinically.
