3D打印技术对胫骨平台骨折关节面复位的应用价值及术后CT结果研究
摘    要:目的探讨3D打印技术对胫骨平台骨折关节面复位的应用价值及术后CT结果。方法选择2015年1月~2018年12月我院收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者,随机分为两组各30例,对照组实施传统切开复位内固定术,观察组在3D打印技术指导下行切开复位内固定术,比较两组手术情况、关节面复位情况、临床疗效、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分。结果 (1)观察组复位固定时间、手术时间均较对照组缩短(P均0.05)。(2)观察组的关节面最大阶梯高度、关节面复位满意度评分均较对照组更高(P均0.05)。(3)观察组的优良率较对照组更高,其治疗后的伸膝最大角度、屈膝最大角度、膝关节功能评分均较对照组更高(P均0.05)。结论应用3D打印技术指导胫骨平台骨折手术,可更快、更好地复位关节面,有利于提高疗效,改善膝关节功能。

Study on the application value of 3D printing technique for articular surface reduction of tibial plateau fracture and postoperative CT results
Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of 3D printing technique in the treatment of articular surface reduction of tibial plateau fracture and postoperative CT results.Methods 60 patients with tibial plateau fractures(from January 2015 to December 2018)who were admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The observation group was given open reduction and internal fixation under the guidance of 3D printing technology.The surgical condition,articular surface reduction,clinical efficacy,knee mobility,and knee function score were compared.Results(1)The reduction and fixation time and the operation time of the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The maximum step height of the articular surface and the satisfaction degree of articular surface reduction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The maximum angle of knee extension,knee bending maximum angle and knee joint function score in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of 3D printing technology to guide the operation of tibial plateau fracture can reduce the articular surface faster and better,which is beneficial to improving the curative effect and improving knee function.
