摘    要:目的:探讨微信结合案例教学法在心血管内科临床见习教学中的带教效果。方法:将2018年1月—6月在南京医科大学附属南京医院心内科临床见习的92名医学生随机分成实验组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),实验组采用微信结合案例教学法(case based teaching,CBT),对照组采用传统的教学法(lecturebased teaching,LBT)采用教学满意度问卷调查和出科考试成绩评价两组学生的临床见习带教效果。结果:实验组学生出科考试成绩为(84.41±7.34)分,对照组学生出科考试成绩为(78.18±7.36)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学满意度问卷调查结果显示,学生对微信结合CBT教学法满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论:微信结合CBT教学法优于传统的LBT教学法,有助于医学生临床思维和实践能力的培养。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Wechat combined with cases based teaching method in clinical practice of cardiovas cular medicine.Methods:From January to June 2018,92 medical students who practiced in the Department of Cardiology of Nanjing Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were randomly divided into two groups.46 medical students in experimental group were taught by Wechat combined with cases based teaching(CBT)method,while 46 medical students in control group were taught by lecture based teaching(LBT)method.The effect of clinical practice teaching of two groups was evaluated by questionnaires of teaching satisfaction and examination results.Result:The difference of test scores between experimental group and control group was significant(84.41±7.34 vs.78.18±7.36,P<0.05),the results of the questionnaire on teaching satisfaction showed the satisfaction rate of stu dents in experimental group who taught with Wechat combined with CBT method was higher than that of control group who taught with LBT method(P<0.05).Conclusions:The teaching method of Wechat combined with CBT method is much more better than LBT method,and which is helpful to cultivate abilities of clinical thinking and practice for medical students.
