静脉采血法、末梢采血法在血常规检验中应用效果分析

目的分析静脉采血法、末梢采血法在血常规检验中应用效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月期间来本院进行血常规检验的1000例患者作为研究对象,根据不同的采血方法分为对照组、试验组,每组500例。对照组用末梢采血法,试验组用静脉采血法,对比两组血常规检验指标、疼痛评分、患者满意度。结果试验组WBC、RBC、HB、HCT、PLT数据优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但两组MCHC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);试验组患者满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论静脉采血法、末梢采血法在血常规检验中均具有一定效果,但前者血常规检验结果优于后者,且受检者护理满意度较高,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Analysis of application effect of venous blood sampling and peripheral blood sampling in blood routine examination

Objective To analyze the application effect of venous blood sampling and peripheral blood sampling in blood routine examination.Methods A total of 1000 patients who underwent routine blood tests from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled and reviewed.According to the different blood sampling methods,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 500 cases in each group.The control group used the peripheral blood sampling method,and the experimental group used the venous blood sampling method.The blood routine test index,pain score,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The WBC,RBC,HB,HCT and PLT data of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in the MCHC level between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pain scores between two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of venous blood sampling and peripheral blood sampling have certain effects in blood routine examination,but the blood test results of the former are better than those of the latter,and the subjects have higher nursing satisfaction and higher clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion.
