摘    要:目的建立UHPLC法同时测定参麦注射液(红参、麦冬)中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd、Rg3的含有量。方法该药物的分析采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(2. 1 mm×50 mm,1. 8μm);流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;体积流量0. 3 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长203 nm。结果 8种人参皂苷在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0. 997 0),平均加样回收率97. 43%~104. 24%,RSD 0. 37%~5. 34%。结论该方法稳定可靠,重复性好,可用于参麦注射液质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish a UHPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of ginsenosides Rg1,Re,Rf,Rb1,Rc,Rb2,Rd,Rg3 in Shenmai Injection( Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra,Ophiopogonis Radix). METHODS The analysis of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Agilent Eclipse Plus C18column( 2. 1 mm × 50 mm, 1. 8 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water flowing at0. 3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. RESULTS Eight ginsenosides showed good linear relationships within their own ranges( r>0. 997 0),whose average recoveries were97. 43%-104. 24% with the RSDs of 0. 37%-5. 34%. CONCLUSION This stable,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Shenmai Injection.
