耳穴压豆联合按摩护理对气虚血瘀型中风患者临床效果的影响

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合按摩护理对气虚血瘀型中风患者临床效果的影响。方法选取2017年4月～2018年4月于我院治疗的气虚血瘀型中风患者106例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理方式,研究组采用耳穴压豆联合按摩的护理方式。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床干预效果、患者的护理满意度、不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组临床干预效果优于对照组(P0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P0.05);研究组的恶心呕吐、癫痫、颅内压升高等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论在气虚血瘀型中风的治疗过程中,给予患者使用耳穴压豆联合按摩护理,有助于提高护理质量,增强治疗效果,临床上应进一步推广应用。

Effect of auricular pressing bean combined with massage therapy on clinical outcome of patients with stroke of the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with massage therapy on the clinical effects of the patients with stroke of the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 106 patients with stroke of the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given the nursing care of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with massage.The clinical intervention effects,patients''satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment in both groups.Results The clinical intervention effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,epilepsy and elevated intracranial pressure in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of stroke with the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with massage therapy for the patients can improve the quality of nursing care and enhance the therapeutic effect,which should be further promoted and applied clinically.
