北葶苈子化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究北葶苈子的化学成分。方法采用Dianion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40柱、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、半制备液相等方法对北葶苈子水提物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到19个化合物,分别鉴定为3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(1)、原儿茶酸甲酯(2)、对羟基苯甲酸(3)、1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid-1,2-bis [2-(2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] ester (4)、苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、2-苯乙基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、对羟基苯乙腈(7)、邻羟基苯乙腈(8)、N-乙酰基色氨酸(9)、尿嘧啶核苷(10)、methyl dioxindole 3-acetate (11)、dioxindole-3-acetic acid (12)、环(L-脯氨酸-L-苯丙氨酸)(13)、4-amino-4-carboxychroman-2-one (14)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(15)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(16)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(17)、三叶苷(18)、根皮素-2',4'-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(19)。结论化合物1~9、11~19为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Lepidium apetalum Willd.. METHODS The aqueous extract from the seeds of L. apetalum was isolated and purified by Dianion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40 column,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Nineteen compounds were isolated and identified as 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid( 1),protocatechuic acid methyl ester( 2),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid-1,2-bis [2-( 2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] ester( 3),benzyloxy-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),2-phenylethy-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 5),4-hydroxybenzyl cyanide( 6),2-hydroxy-benzeneacetonitrile( 7),Nacetyltryptophan( 8),uridine( 9),2-hydroxybenzamide( 10),methyl dioxindole 3-acetate( 11),dioxindole-3-acetic acid( 12),cyclo( L-Pro-L-Phe)( 13),4-amino-4-carboxychroman-2-one( 14),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside( 15), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside( 16), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside( 17),trilobatin( 18),phloretin-2’,4’-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 19). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-9,11-19 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
