深圳市某三级医院员工工作满意度现状及对策分析

摘    要:目的:了解医院员工工作满意度现状,分析存在的问题,为改善医院内部服务,提升医院管理水平提供决策依据。方法:采用整群分层随机抽样方法,对336名员工进行问卷调查,采用SPSS17.0进行数据录入及统计分析。结果:员工工作满意度总体得分为77.25分,总体满意率为87.67%;员工工作满意度二级指标得分由高到低依次是人际沟通(82.18分)、医院管理(80.15分)、工作本身(77.71分)、个人发展(77.24分)、工作环境(73.17分),考核薪酬(73.06分);满意度评价三级指标排名前五位的依次是科室领导,传达医院管理信息,同事间合作,工作责任感,科室内部沟通;员工普遍对食堂环境,绩效考核制度,薪酬福利满意度评价得分较低。结论:员工工作满意度总体评价得分较好,完善薪酬绩效考核制度,提高员工待遇,改善医院工作环境对减少医院人才流失,提高员工满意度,提升医院管理水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the current situation of employees’satisfaction in the hospital,analyze the existing problems,and provide decision-making bases for improving the internal service of the hospital and improving the overall management level of the hospital.Methods:Stratified random sampling was used to conduct questionnaire survey on 336 employees,and spss17.0 was used for data entry and statistical analysis.Results:The overall satisfaction score of employees is 77.25,and the overall satisfaction rate is 87.67%.From the perspective of the second-level indicators,the employees’satisfaction status was ranked as follows:interpersonal communication(82.18),hospital management(80.15),work itself(77.71),personal development(77.24),work environment(73.17),assessment salary(73.06).The top five of the tertiary indicators are department leaders,conveying hospital management information,cooperation among colleagues,sense of responsibility,and intra-department communication.Employees generally take low scores in the evaluation of canteen environment,performance appraisal system,salary and welfare satisfaction.Conclusion:The overall evalua tion score of employees’work satisfaction is good,improving the salary performance evaluation system,improving employee benefits,and improving the hospital working environment are great significance to reduce the brain drain of the hospital,to improve employee satisfaction and to improve hospital management.
