冲击波联合针刺治疗老年性神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

目的探讨冲击波联合针刺对老年性神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法选择2018年2月～2019年1月在医院诊断治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者40例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。两组均采用针刺疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上加用冲击波治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后VAS评分、压顶试验评分、正中神经与尺神经F波传导速度。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后压顶试验评分均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组压顶试验评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后两组正中神经与尺神经F波传导速度均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组正中神经与尺神经F波传导速度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论冲击波联合针刺治疗老年性神经根型颈椎病能够显著改善临床疗效,缓解疼痛,尺神经F波传导速度。

Effect of shock wave combined with acupuncture on senile nerve root cervical spondylosis

Objective To investigate the effect of shock wave combined with acupuncture on senile nerve root cervical spondylosis.Methods 40 patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis diagnosed and treated in the hospital from February 1,2018 to January 30,2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was also treated with shock wave on the above treatment.The clinical efficacy,the VAS scores,the top-down test scores,and the F-wave conduction velocity of the median nerve and ulnar nerve were measured before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the top-pressure test in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of the top-pressure test in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the F-wave conduction velocity of the median nerve and ulnar nerve were significantly increased in the two groups,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the F-wave conduction velocity of the median nerve and ulnar nerve in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionShock wave combined with acupuncture for the treatment of senile nerve root type cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve pain and ulnar nerve F wave conduction velocity.
