培菲康、三联疗法联合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效观察

目的观察培菲康、三联疗法联合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法选择2017年1月～2018年1月在我院住院治疗的消化性溃疡患者70例。随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组采用常规三联疗法,观察组联合培菲康进行治疗,治疗后对比分析两组的临床疗效及Hp根除率和复发率、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者治疗后1例临床症状未见任何改善,对照组患者治疗后8例临床症状未见任何改善,胃镜下显示溃疡病灶缩小不足30%,甚至扩大。两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率分别为97.1%、77.1%,治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,两组总有效率组间对比,差异具有显著性(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组和对照组患者的Hp根除率和复发率对比,差异存在显著性(P0.05)。治疗组无一例出现黑便,不良反应发生率为11.4%,对照组的不良反应发生率为51.4%,两组不良反应发生率组间对比,差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论培菲康、三联疗法联合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效确切,根除Hp率高,复发率低,安全性好,值得临床推广和应用。

Therapeutic effect of Bifico combined with triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the efficacy of Bifico combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 70 patients with peptic ulcer hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional triple therapy.The observation group was treated with Bifico combined with the above treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate between two groups were compared.Results There was 1 case without improvement in the clinical symptoms in the treatment group after treatment.In the control group,8 cases had no any improvement in clinical symptoms after treatment.The gastroscope showed that the ulcer lesions were less than 30%or even enlarged.The total clinical effective rate in two groups after treatment was 97.1%and 77.1%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no case of melena in the treatment group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.4%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 51.4%.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bifico and triple therapy for the treatment of Helicobacter pyloripositive peptic ulcer has a definite curative effect,with high eradication rate,low recurrence rate and good safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application
