| 摘 要： | 目的:优选出三七总皂苷提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法安排试验进行优选,以分光光度法测得总皂苷的含量为指标进行评价,利用多元回归分析,确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果:选用回流提取法对三七总皂苷进行提取,最佳工艺条件为:选用60%的乙醇,总量为药材的8倍,浸泡40 min,热回流3次,每次1 h。结论:三七总皂苷得率高,稳定性好,适合工业生产。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the extraction process for the total saponins in Panax notoginseng(Burk.)
