急性脑梗死患者外周血细胞参数的变化

目的 探讨脑梗死(CI)患者急性期和恢复期的全血细胞参数的变化及其临床意义.方法 检测67例急性脑梗死患者和62例健康检查者的红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板总数(PLT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)、血小板比积(PCT)参数值,并进行比较.结果 脑梗死患者急性期的MCV、MCH、PLT检测值低于对照组(P＜0.05),而RBC、HCT、HGB、WBC、PDW、MPV、P-LCR检测值高于对照组(P＜0.05);脑梗死患者治疗2周后HCT、WBC、PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR检测值恢复到对照组水平(P＞0.05).结论 外周血细胞参数的变化与急性脑梗死的发生、发展密切相关,动态监测它们的变化时急性脑梗死具有重要的临床意义.

Changes of Peripheral Hemocyte Parameters in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the changes of whole blood hemocyte parameters beween the acute period and the recovering period in patients with cerebral infarction (CI).Methods RBC,HCT,MCV,RDW,HGB,MCH,MCHC,WBC,PLT,PDW,MPV,P-LCR and PCT were detected in 67 patients with CI and compared with 62 healthy controls.Results Compared with the control group,MCV,MCH and PLT in acute CI patients were lower (P<0.05),while RBC,HCT,HGB,WBC,PDW,MPV and P-LCR were higher (P<0.05).After a two-week treatment HCT,WBC,PLT,PDW,MPV and P-LCR in CI patients returned to the level of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Changes of peripheral hemocyte parameters are closely correlated with occurrence and development of the patients with CI,and it is an important clinical significance to dynamically monitor the changes of peripheral hemocyte parameters in the patients with CI.
