| 摘 要： | 目的探讨HLA-B27基因亚型与强直性脊柱炎的相关性。方法采用酵素免疫法检测HLA-B27,并进一步采用聚合酶链反应一序列特异性引物法进行HLA-B27基因亚型分型。结果强直性脊柱炎HLA-B27检出率为94%,显著高于正常对照组,基因分型B*2705分布最广(57.5%),其次是B*2704(40.4%)。结论HLA-B27与AS具有明显的相关性,检测B*2705和B*2704,亚型对于AS的辅助诊断具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between HLA-B27 and Anky losing spondy litis.Methods HLA-B27 were detectcd by immune methods and divided into subtypes by the methed of PCR-SSP.Results The positive of HLA-B27 in AS is 94%,much higher than that of normal people.The rate of B*2705 and B*2704 is 57.5% and 40.4% respectively in HLA-B27 positive AS people.Conclusions The relationship between HLA-B27 and AS is significant.And the detection of HLA-B27 subtype,such ss B*2705 and B*2704 is valuable to the diagnosis of AS. |
