大学生焦虑与应对方式的关系初探

摘    要:目的探讨大学生应对方式和焦虑间的关系。方法采用大学生应对方式问卷和焦虑自评量表对215名本科大学生进行调查。结果大学生应对方式与焦虑水平间存在显著相关,问题解决、退缩和抱怨3种应对方式对焦虑水平有较高预测力,应对方式和焦虑的2个精神病理维度间存在相关关系。结论大学生应对方式与焦虑密切相关,帮助大学生建立以问题解决方式应对应激事件的习惯可有效的减少焦虑心情和植物神经功能紊乱发生的可能性。

Abstract:Objective To examine the correlation between coping style and anxiety. Method By College Students Coping Style Questionnaire, and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, a sample of 215 undergraduates were tested. Results A significant correlation between coping style and anxiety was found. Problem solving, shrink back and complaining can be used to forecast the level of anxiety. There are correlation between coping style and the three pathology dimensions of anxiety. Conclusion The correlation between coping style and anxiety is significant. To help undergraduate set up the usage coping event with problem solving, it is useful to decrease the probability of anxiety mind and autonomic nervous system disorder.
