摘    要:目的:分析多参数监护仪质控检测中发现的问题,总结检测和使用经验,为临床安全、合理地使用提供建议。方法:依靠专业检定人员和专用检测仪器对多参数监护仪进行质控检测。结果:外观检测不合格率偏高.常规测量项目及电气安全测试情况较好。结论:做好多参数监护仪质量控制,确保其安全有效地使用,可对预防性维修起到指导作用,但这需要医院技术人员、临床科室、医院其他相关部门及国家卫生主管单位的共同努力。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the problems in multi-parameter monitor quality control testing and to put forward some suggestions accordingly. Methods Professional personnel and specialized instrument were involved in the testing. Results The disqualification rate was high by visual inspection, while was low in conventional testing and electrical safety testing. Quality control of multi-parameter monitor lays a foundation for its preventive maintenance, which has to involve in the hospital technician, clinical department and national health authorities and etc. Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 (2) : 94-96]
