HPLC测定头痛宁胶囊中大黄素的含量

目的：建立头痛宁胶囊中大黄素的含量测定方法.方法：采用Kromasil C18 （150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇-1％冰醋酸溶液（75∶25）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL· min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃.结果：大黄素在10.8 ～54.0 μg·mL-1呈良好的线性关系（r =0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.56％,RSD=1.26％ （n=6）.结论：本方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于头痛宁胶囊中大黄素的质量控制.

Determination of Emodin in Toutongning Capsules by HPLC

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of emodin in extracts of Toutongning Capsules. Methods： HPLC was applied. Diamonsil （R） C18 （ 150 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5μm）was used as the chromatographic column with methanol-1% glacial acetic acid（75：25）as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL. min-1, which was determined under 254 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results： The linear range of emodin was 10. 8 -54. 0 μg.mL-1 （r =0. 999 9）with an average recovery of 100. 56% （RSD = 1.26%, n =6）. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate, with good specificity and repeatability, which can serve as a scientific quantitative analysis methed for Toutongning capsules.
