The practice and effect of nursing quantitative management in our hospital

Through qualifying the working-norm, perfecting the supervisory mechanism, animating the information feedback, we have formed the supervisory managerial mechanism that everyone working in our hospital has a working target with pressure,impetus,responsibility and we have made everything to get its suitable place when we realized these plans which every nurse could manage herself.Every department checked its working-quality elastically.Nursing department controlled situation macroscopicy.We have simplified miscellaneous orders by cutting out the superfluous and conquered malpractices, improving upon working methods and skills. At the same time, we have created a comfortable and humanistic working-environment for nurses. And more over, we have trained a lot of persons who have abilities on nursing, and we make our management to become more formal, standard and scientific. All of the reformatory methods above have increased the nursing quality.
