马尾口岸港区与居住区媒介生物分布情况调查及对比分析

摘    要:目的了解马尾口岸港区媒介生物分布情况及对居住区媒介生物分布的影响,为媒介生物控制以及国境口岸传染病监测工作提供科学依据。方法根据马尾口岸地理分布和港口类型,随机抽取4个港口和1个居民点实施为期1年、每月1次的调查,按照《中国出入境检验检疫行业标准》制定鼠、蚤、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊、蜱、螨、蠓8种媒介生物监测方法。结果(1)港区平均鼠密度(2.18%)、总染螨率(9.33%)、染蚤率(2.84%)及平均蝇密度[94.06/(笼.日)]明显低于居住区[分别为5.59%,28.95%,6.67%及149.5/(笼.日)],差别有统计学意义;蚊、蜚蠊密度港区与居住区差别无统计学意义;未捕获到蜱、蠓。(2)鼠、革螨、蝇、蚊在港区与居住区的种群组成基本一致。(3)居住区的各媒介生物优势种与港区不同。(4)135份肺和肝标本,经检测流行性出血热抗原阳性标本10份,阳性率为7.4%,阳性标本60%来自居住区;鼠疫抗体均阴性。结论(1)各媒介生物种群组成均属福建省普遍存在的种类,未发现新的品种,(2)居住区媒介生物的种群构成受港区影响。

Abstract:Objective To survey the distribution of biological vectors in harbor area and in residential area at Mawei Port. Methods According to seaport geography and type,choose 4 docks in harbor area and 1 residential area randomly for survey on 8 kinds of disease vectors(mouse,fly,mosquito etc.)one time per month in one year. Results(1)The annual average density of mouse(2.18%),fly(94.06 flies per cage),the caring rate of mite(9.33%),flea(2.84%) in harbor area were all different from which in residential area.There was not much different between annual average densities of mosquito and cockroach in these two areas.Ticks or ceratopogonidae were not found.(2)The two areas were identical in the species of constitute of mouse,fly,mite and mosquitoto.(3)The dominant species of residential area was different from which of port area.(4)There were 135 specimens of mice's livers and lungs were tested.10 specimens were positive in epidemic hemorrhagenic fever antigen,60% of which from residential area.Conclusion(1)The species of each disease vectors belong to the widespread and existent populations in Fijian province.The new species vectors was not found.(2)The species in residential area were influenced by which in harbor area.
