中药饮片单剂量包装规格初探

目的:推广中药饮片多规格单剂量包装。方法:按照中药饮片在临床的常规用量,将其分为小剂量、中剂量、大剂量、特殊剂量4种规格类型,分别用透明塑料袋或滤纸袋进行单剂量包装。结果与结论:中药饮片实行多规格单剂量包装,不仅可方便处方调配,提高工作效率,保证剂量准确,还可增加用药的“透明度”,让患者用上“放心药”。

Discussion on Single-dose Container Specifications of Traditional Chinese Cut Crude Drugs

OBJECTIVE:To extend the use of traditional Chinese cut crude drugs in single-dose containers of multiple specifications.METHODS:The traditional Chinese cut crude drugs were categorized into4dosage forms according to the rouˉtine dosages in the clinic:small dose,medium dose,large dose and special dose,which were packed with transparent plastic bags or filter paper bags,respectively.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The practice of packing traditional Chinese cut crude drugs in single-dose containers of multiple specifications can not only facilitate formula dispensing,improve working effiˉciency,guarantee the accuracy of dosage,but also increase medication transparency and ensure the patients safe drug use.
