广州市小型工业企业工人心理健康状况及其影响因素

目的了解小型工业企业工人的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,调查广州市20家小型工业企业工人1 896人,运用逐步回归分析筛选影响小企业工人心理健康的因素。结果小企业工人SCL-90量表各因子得分均高于国内常模(P0.01),多因素分析显示,影响小企业工人心理健康的因素主要为工作年限、年龄、文化程度、每日劳动时间、工种性质、烟酒嗜好、是否患有慢性疾病。结论小型工业企业工人心理健康状况处于较低水平,除了改善工作环境外,政府部门应重点关注对小企业工人的心理疏导、社会支持等方面的工作。

Mental health status and its influencing factors among workers in the small industrial enterprises in Guangzhou City

[Objective] To understand the mental health status and its influencing factors among workers in the small industrial enterprises.[Methods]By using simple random sampling,1 896 workers from 20 small industrial enterprises in Guangzhou City were investigated,and the influencing factors of mental health were studied by stepwise regression analysis.[Results]The scores of all factors of SCL-90 among workers in the small industrial enterprises were higher than those of the Chinese normal model（P0.01）.The multivariate analysis showed that main influencing factors of mental health were the working years,age,cultural degree,the daily work time,type of work,smoking and drinking,as well as chronic diseases.[Conclusion]The mental health status of workers in the small industrial enterprises is at a low level.The government departments should improve the working environment,and pay attention to psychological guidance and social support among workers in the small industrial enterprises.
